Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy

Global Nuise is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and expects all users of our website to do the same. We take the protection of intellectual property rights very seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that any content on Global Nuise infringes upon your copyright, please provide us with a written notice that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page).
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, so that we may contact you.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 48 hours if we find the complaint to be valid.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts located where we are based, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Global Nuise will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Modifications to This Policy

Global Nuise reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
